Shipping & Returns

Delivery

We ship across the UAE and India. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically taking 2–4 business days in the UAE and 4–7 business days in India.

Shipping charges

UAE: AED 20 flat, free over AED 300. India: ₹ 99 flat, free over ₹ 2999. Individual pieces may ship under a different rule — the product page and your bag always show the charge that applies.

How you pay

UAE: cash on delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier; no online payment is required at any point.

India: prepaid only — cash on delivery is not available. Place your order, then transfer the total by UPI or bank transfer and send the payment screenshot with your order number over WhatsApp. We dispatch once the payment is confirmed. The UPI details and QR code are shown at checkout.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags intact within 7 days of delivery. To arrange an exchange, contact us with your order number. Sale items and accessories are final sale.
