Terms of Service

By placing an order with Velveta By Nija, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you check out.

Orders & pricing

Prices are shown in your selected market's currency and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to cancel an order where an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred; you will not be charged in that case.

Payment

Orders delivered within the UAE are cash on delivery: payment is collected by the courier when your order is delivered.

Orders delivered within India are prepaid. Payment is made in advance by UPI or bank transfer to the details shown at checkout, and the order is dispatched once we have confirmed receipt. An order for which we receive no payment may be cancelled.

Products

As our pieces are handpicked, slight variations in colour and finish are natural and not considered defects.
